Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills required.
• A current, valid driver's license with good driving record required.
• Physical requirements include lifting, pushing or pulling heavy weights, standing or sitting long periods, and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Take time to personally connect with donors and explain the impact of their donation.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming environment for donors.
• Ensure blood collection meets goals and regulatory requirements; follow safety procedures.
• May drive Red Cross vehicles and assist with setup/teardown at donation sites; minimum height requirement may apply.
