Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide exceptional patient care through phlebotomy, registration, and customer service in our outpatient lab. This full-time, day shift role involves working with diverse patients and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure quality service.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection, ensuring specimen integrity and proper documentation.
• Register patients accurately, verify insurance, and manage scheduling and appointments.
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff, managing high volumes and complex cases.
• Support insurance verification and billing processes, including point-of-service collections.
• Maintain clinical skills and equipment, adhere to safety and regulatory standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR Certification (American Heart Association) within 30 days of hire.
• At least 1 year of clerical, customer service, or administrative support experience.

Preferred Qualifications
