Hours

Full Time (32 hours/week), hours vary from 6:30 am to 4:00 pm, with every third Saturday rotation. Closed on legal holidays. Some schedule flexibility.

Work Location

This role involves floating between labs in Lebanon, Manheim, Ephrata, and Lititz, with occasional shifts in other regions.

Responsibilities

1. Patient scheduling, registration, insurance verification, test ordering, and coordination of services.
2. Perform clinical skills including phlebotomy, EKG, holter monitors, point-of-care testing, and specimen collection.
3. Maintain competency in clinical skills and complete cleaning, maintenance, and inventory tasks.
4. Complete patient registration accurately, support high-volume and high-acuity situations, and service both inpatient and outpatient needs.
5. Handle inbound/outbound calls, verify insurance coverage, and manage medical records and documentation.
6. Assist with patient financial collections and perform additional clinical procedures as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR Certification (American Heart Association BLS) within 30 days of hire.
• One year of clerical, customer service, or administrative support experience.
• Basic computer and office equipment skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous phlebotomy or registration experience (training provided).
• Experience with Epic or similar Electronic Medical Records.
