Froedtert Health in West Bend, WI, is seeking a Phlebotomist to perform phlebotomy and related duties at our hospital campus. This on-site role requires 36 hours weekly (FTE 0.9) with a first shift and occasional second shift coverage, including holiday and weekend rotation.
The ideal candidate has completed an approved Phlebotomy program (or has healthcare experience with direct patient contact) and may hold ASCP certification. A high school diploma is preferred.

Shift: 1st
Hours are mostly first shift, but will require some second shift to help support staffing needs. First shift rotates between 0400-1230, 0500-1330, and 0530-1400. Second shift hours are 1330-2200. Requires holiday and weekend rotation.
Responsible for performing phlebotomy and various technical, non technical, and clerical functions.
Completion of an approved Phlebotomy program or related health care experience including direct patient contact is required. Phlebotomy experience with a minimum of 100 venipunctures is preferred.
High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
ASCP certification is preferred.
Ability to read and write necessary to comprehend and follow equipment operating instructions, IFUs and complete required documentation. Basic arithmetic calculations necessary to count instruments and complete count sheets are required. Basic computer, problem-solving and good communication skills are required.
