Job summary

Everleap Fertility in Providence, RI is seeking a Full-Time Phlebotomist to draw blood for laboratory procedures and support patient care. Shift is Monday–Friday 7:30am–3:30pm with weekend rotation, in-office, patient-centered environment.

The candidate should have 3+ years of venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting, strong MS Office skills, and EMR experience. Phlebotomy program completion is highly preferred; CB/WA/TX mentions apply where required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Properly identifies patients.
• Performs and explains venipuncture and specimen collection.
• Conducts blood draws, labeling specimens, and centrifuging.
• Stores and transports specimens to preserve integrity.
• Follows OSHA and DEP regulations.
• Maintains a clean and stocked phlebotomy area.
• Reassures patients and provides comfort to reduce anxiety.
