Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service, answering phones, and monitoring instrumentation alarms.
• Performing venipuncture for blood collection and preparing samples for lab testing.
• Verifying specimen information and entering data accurately.
• Receiving, processing, and packaging samples for referral labs while maintaining specimen integrity.
• Following safety protocols, HIPAA policies, and Medicare rules; supporting quality assurance.
• Flexibly covering shifts at different sites as needed to ensure smooth operations.
