Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a phlebotomist to support Labcorp in High Point, NC. You will perform blood collections across all age groups, including pediatric patients, while delivering strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is reliable, efficient, comfortable with computers, and able to maintain accuracy while moving quickly. 2 years of phlebotomy experience and pediatric phlebotomy experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy certification and completed training program required.
• Approximately 2 years total phlebotomy experience preferred.
• 1 year pediatric phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Comfortable with data entry, email and basic computer tasks.
• Reliable transportation and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections for patients of all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol testing, and other services.
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
• Enter patient information accurately and efficiently.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Maintain patient and specimen logs.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Complete administrative and clerical duties.
