Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a full-time phlebotomist for a day shift in Burlington, MA. The role involves drawing pediatric, adult and geriatric patients, performing waived tests, and handling specimen processing in preparation for courier pickup and laboratory testing.

Responsibilities include monitoring patient flow, performing venipuncture, urinalysis, stool tests, ECGs and other routine tasks, while maintaining documentation and ensuring proper lab workflows.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months phlebotomy experience.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association or agreement to obtain within one year required.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor patient flow and draw venipuncture and finger sticks.
• Spin blood and prepare specimens for laboratory testing and courier pickup.
• Perform dipstick urinalysis and collect urine and throat culture specimens.
