Job Title: Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative - 1st Shift

Pay Range:

$17 - $21/hr

Shift/Time Zone:

Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm | Every 4th Saturday, 10:00 am - 1:30 pm

Job Description:

The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) is the face of the company to patients, drawing quality blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing following established procedures. The PSR I builds trust with patients, explains procedures, and performs blood draws skillfully, safely, and accurately. Demonstrates leadership, process excellence, confidentiality, and accuracy. Performs daily activities under supervision, maintains a safe environment, and ensures proper documentation. Promotes a positive image to patients, clients, and the public.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed.

Required Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).

Work Experience:

• Minimum 6 months of experience.
• Preferred: 1+ year of phlebotomy experience.
• Customer service experience in retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience required.

Additional Details:

Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm; Every 4th Saturday, 10:00 am - 1:30 pm.
