Duly Health and Care is seeking a Phlebotomist I for roles in East Dundee and Schaumburg, IL. You will perform venipuncture and capillary collections, process specimens, and maintain a clean, efficient workflow across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• National Phlebotomy Certification or eligible to sit for certification exam preferred.
• Prior phlebotomy experience or healthcare field experience preferred.
• Moderate knowledge of medical terminology; strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy on adult and pediatric patients (venipuncture or finger stick).
• Label specimens accurately and ensure patient identification.
• Monitor supply inventory and restock as needed; prepare paperwork for transport.
