Duly Health and Care is seeking a Phlebotomist to perform phlebotomy for adult and pediatric patients at East Dundee and Schaumburg, IL, with occasional travel to surrounding sites. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive, physician-led team dedicated to high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include specimen collection, labeling, processing, and ensuring patient experience is positive.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• National Phlebotomy Certification or eligible to sit for certification exam preferred.
• Prior phlebotomy experience or healthcare-related experience preferred.
• Moderate knowledge of medical terminology; strong verbal and written communication skills preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform phlebotomy on adult and pediatric patients using venipuncture or finger-stick collection.
• Ensure accurate patient identification and proper labeling procedures.
• Monitor collection supplies and order as needed.
• Receive patients professionally and courteously using patient experience tools.
• Prepare specimens for processing, transport, storage, and retrieval.
• Maintain a clean patient and working environment.
• Perform other duties as needed.
