Job summary

Midwest Physicians Administrative Services, LLC dba Duly Health and Care is seeking a Phlebotomist I for full-time roles across East Dundee and Schaumburg, IL. You will perform phlebotomy for adults and children, handle specimen processing, and support the lab team under supervision.

Travel to surrounding sites may be required. This role emphasizes accurate labeling, aseptic technique, and excellent patient communication.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• National Phlebotomy Certification or eligible to sit for exam preferred.
• Prior phlebotomy experience or healthcare-related field experience preferred.
• Moderate knowledge of medical terminology; strong communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy on adult and pediatric patients (venipuncture or finger stick) using aseptic technique.
• Collect, label, and process specimens with accurate patient identification.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and manage specimen processing.
• Monitor collection supplies and assist with inventory as needed.
• Provide professional, courteous interactions with patients and staff.
