Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for testing.
• Enter orders, look up results, and generate reports promptly.
• Answer internal and external calls in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Collect specimens according to established procedures and ensure proper processing.
• Identify patients accurately to match service with patient identity.
• Perform clerical duties such as inventory checks and stocking supplies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
