Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED is required or preferred.
• Phlebotomist Certification is preferred but not required.
• One-year phlebotomy experience preferred but not required.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service by greeting patients in a respectful manner.
• Collects specimens according to established procedures and ensures proper processing.
• Identifies patients accurately and matches identity with the correct service.
• Performs data entry and clerical tasks such as inventory checks and answering phones.
• Travels to off-site locations as needed.
