Job summary

Labcorp in Hendersonville, TN is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our patient-focused team. The role conducts venipuncture and capillary collections across age groups, performs data entry, and supports specimen handling and processing.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, phlebotomy certification or training, and strong customer service and communication skills. Travel to additional sites may be required; overtime flexibility is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist.
• 2+ years of phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
