Job summary

Labcorp in Greeneville, TN is hiring a Phlebotomist to perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages, enter patient data, and provide excellent customer service in a busy clinical setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, phlebotomy certification or training, and the ability to work Monday through Friday 7:30am–4pm. Travel to additional sites may be required; Labcorp offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis; maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Other Duties as assigned.
