Job summary

Labcorp in Franklin, NJ is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team, performing blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques, preparing specimens for testing, and ensuring accurate data entry and patient care.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays, competitive pay between $17.75 and $28.49 per hour, and benefits; travel to additional sites may be required and phlebotomy certification or training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3+ months of experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
