Labcorp in Lawrenceville, NJ seeks a Phlebotomist to perform venipuncture and capillary collections, while providing excellent patient service in a clinical setting.

The role includes data entry, specimen processing, and occasional travel to additional sites. Must have a phlebotomy certification or training, or 3+ months of experience, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional overtime. Pay range listed is $17.75–$24 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
