Job summary

Global Technical Talent, Inc. is seeking an ENTRY Phlebotomist I to support patient check-in and lobby coordination at our Port Charlotte, FL location. This onsite role combines front-desk patient greeting with basic phlebotomy support and coverage for breaks as needed.

You will interact with patients, maintain lobby integrity, and advance within the company through demonstrated phlebotomy skills and customer service excellence. 5-month contract with a weekday schedule and Saturday rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy experience required, even as intern/extern.
• Minimum 1–2 years of client-facing customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients at check-in and assist at the lobby kiosk or tablet.
• Support phlebotomists by covering breaks and staffing gaps.
• Handle patient interactions with care and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Help ensure a calm and hospitable lobby environment.
