Responsabilités

• Greet patients and assist with check-in at kiosk or handheld tablet.
• Provide patient support in lobby and draw room as needed to cover breaks.
• Explain procedures and maintain confidentiality and accuracy of patient information.
• Perform daily activities accurately under supervision; maintain a safe, professional environment.
• Keep required records and documentation; promote a positive image to patients and staff.
