Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our Lafayette, LA team. You will perform blood collections, handle specimens, and ensure accurate data entry while delivering excellent patient service.

The role supports travel to additional sites as needed, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturday rotation. Phlebotomy certification or training is required, with opportunities for growth and a PST incentive plan based on performance.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification or completion of training, or 3+ months experience in phlebotomy.
• Strong customer service skills and reliable communication.
• Accurate data entry and ability to handle billing-related tasks if needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections for all ages.
• Collect samples for drug screens and tests as required.
• Enter patient data accurately and timely; assist with billing information.
