Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program, or 3+ months experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills a must.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary methods for all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Enter patient information accurately in the system.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen logs.
• Provide superior customer service to patients.
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed.
• Travel to additional sites as required.
