Kingman Regional Medical Center is seeking a Phlebotomist to collect venous and capillary blood samples across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings. You will verify patient details, label specimens, and operate the LIS to process orders and manage draw station inventory.

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and certification such as BLS. Experience in phlebotomy and willingness to float between units is preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross if working in acute areas.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain venous and capillary blood samples with proper patient identification and labeling.
• Use the LIS system to manage specimens, reprint labels, and update status as needed.
• Assist with inventory control of phlebotomy supplies and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Provide respectful patient care and adapt to various care settings (outpatient, inpatient, ER, trauma).
• Be available for all scheduled shifts and cover additional shifts as needed.
