Job summary

Kingman Healthcare is seeking a Phlebotomist to perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection with strict patient identification and sterile technique. You will use the LIS system to manage samples, label correctly, and support the lab with timely specimen handling.

The role requires strong customer service, ability to handle stressful environments, and flexibility to cover shifts across inpatient, outpatient, and ER settings. Prior phlebotomy experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification through AHA/Red Cross when working in ER areas.

Responsibilities

• Obtain venous and capillary blood samples with proper patient identification and labeling.
• Use LIS to manage samples, print labels, and cancel specimens as needed.
• Maintain phlebotomy area inventory and expiration tracking.
