Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs venipuncture and collects specimens according to protocol.
• Verifies patient identity and ensures proper labeling of tubes.
• Uses HIS/LIS systems to release orders and record results.
• Troubleshoots difficult orders and missing specimens when needed.
• Provides customer service and guidance to patients and staff.
• Maintains supplies and adheres to safety and regulatory standards.
