Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Spokane, WA. You will perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages, ensuring accurate specimen handling and documentation.

The role offers a 10:00am–7:00pm schedule, travel to additional sites as needed, and a quarterly incentive bonus program. Join Labcorp to contribute to patient care and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington State phlebotomy license required.
• 2+ years phlebotomy experience preferred.
• 2+ years pediatric phlebotomy experience preferred.
• 6+ months Labcorp phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Qualified to perform moderately complex testing as defined by CLIA.
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
