Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Richland, WA. You will perform blood collections, handle specimens, and deliver patient-focused service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The role follows a Monday–Friday 8:00am–1:00pm schedule with potential overtime and travel to additional sites. WA licensure is required, with Labcorp offering comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have valid WA phlebotomy license.
• 3+ months phlebotomy experience.
• 6+ months Labcorp phlebotomy experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Enter patient information accurately in the system.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen logs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients.
• Assist with administrative duties as needed.
• Travel to additional sites as required.
