Job summary

Labcorp in Spokane, WA is seeking a Part Time Phlebotomist to perform venipuncture and capillary collections for patients of all ages. You will collect specimens for various tests and enter patient information with precision, while assisting with billing and administrative tasks as needed.

The role requires a WA phlebotomy license and at least 3 months of phlebotomy experience, with Labcorp experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington State-issued Phlebotomy License.
• 3+ months of phlebotomy experience.
• 6+ months of current or prior Labcorp experience in phlebotomy (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately and promptly.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
