Labcorp in Mount Laurel, NJ seeks a Phlebotomist to join our team. You will perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary methods for all ages, collect specimens for tests, and ensure accurate data entry with excellent patient service.

The role may involve travel to additional sites, requires a high school diploma or GED, and phlebotomy certification or training. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist.
• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred if no work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
