Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Denville, NJ. Schedule: Mon-Wed 8:30am-5:00pm, alternating Thu 8:30am-2:00pm and Fri 8:30am-2:00pm. Become part of a patient‑focused team delivering accurate collections and reliable service.

You will perform blood draws, collect specimens, enter data, and provide excellent customer care across sites, with opportunities for growth within Labcorp’s global network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency.
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
