Job summary

St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking a Phlebotomist for Wind Gap, PA to perform venipuncture, capillary collection, and heel sticks across all ages in PSC settings. The role includes specimen labeling, registration, and coordinating with Epic workflows for efficient patient care.

The ideal candidate will have a phlebotomy program certificate, strong customer service, and familiarity with Epic registration. High school diploma required; one year of phlebotomy experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy program completion certificate required; minimum 100 venipunctures.
• Basic computer skills; ability to use Epic and registration tools accurately.
• Strong customer service skills; reliable transportation to work locations.
• Preferred: one year of phlebotomy experience; outpatient lab workflows experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered registration, laboratory, and diagnostic services in PSC settings.
• Perform venipuncture, capillary collection, and heel sticks across age groups.
• Accurately label and process specimens; ensure specimen integrity and proper handling.
