Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. You will perform blood collections, collect specimens for tests, and enter patient data accurately.

You will support billing processes and maintain specimen logs while delivering excellent patient service. The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and phlebotomy certification or completed training, with a preference for bilingual English/Spanish speakers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Able to pass a color vision test and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Data entry of patient information in a timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs.
• Provide superior customer service to patients.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
