Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Peoria, AZ. You will perform skilled specimen collections, handle data entry, and provide exceptional service to patients at a client office location.

Responsibilities include venipuncture, processing specimens for testing, and occasionally traveling to additional sites. A high school diploma is required, with phlebotomy certification or training preferred and geriatrics experience valued.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program preferred.
• 1 year or more experience drawing on geriatrics preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency acceptable in lieu of work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
