Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist for a Patient Service Center in Leesburg, FL. You will perform skilled blood collections, provide excellent patient service and contribute to accurate data entry and billing processes. This role offers growth opportunities within a respected lab network.

The position emphasizes strong communication, reliability and the ability to travel to additional sites as needed, with a schedule Monday–Friday 6:30am–3pm and rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy certification, completed training, or 3 months experience as phlebotomist.
• 1 year+ phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity and alcohol tests.
• Enter patient information accurately into the system.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs of patient data.
