Zusammenfassung

Labcorp in Cary, NC is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our Patient Service Center. The ideal candidate will perform skilled blood collections, ensure accurate data entry, and provide excellent patient service in a fast-paced setting.

Schedule is Mon-Thu 7:30a-4:30p and Fri 7:30a-12p with rotating Sat 8a-12p; flexibility for overtime and travel to additional sites may be required. PST Incentive Plan may apply.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 6 months’ or more experience as a phlebotomist.

Aufgaben

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
• Other Duties as assigned
