Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Leesville, LA. The role involves performing blood collections, processing specimens, and providing excellent patient service in a client office setting.

The ideal candidate will have a HS diploma and 1+ year phlebotomy experience, with strong communication and attention to detail. Flexibility for occasional overtime is required and travel to additional sites may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year phlebotomy experience in a clinical/hospital setting.
• 1+ year experience assisting patients across age groups (pediatric to geriatric).
• Current or prior LabCorp / AstranaCare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Enter patient information accurately into the system.
