Labcorp seeks a Phlebotomist to join our client-site team in Colonial Heights, VA. You will perform blood collections, collect specimens for various tests, and maintain patient data with accuracy while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires phlebotomy certification or training, with potential travel to additional sites. Work hours are Mon–Fri 7:45am–4:30pm with rotating Saturdays, and Labcorp offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3+ months of phlebotomy experience.
• Ability to travel to additional sites when needed.

Responsabilités

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Other Duties as assigned.
