Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our Monroe, NY team. You will perform venipuncture and capillary collections for patients of all ages and handle specimen prep for testing while delivering excellent patient service.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with phlebotomy certification or training and at least some experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; schedule includes overtime as needed and travel to other sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3+ months experience as a Phlebotomist.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately and promptly.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
