CornerStone Staffing seeks experienced Phlebotomists to teach Healthcare Sciences at charter school campuses in the San Antonio and New Braunfels area. The role is a flexible, part-time independent contractor opportunity with the chance to earn supplemental income while continuing your healthcare career.

Responsibilities include delivering engaging instruction, guiding students toward phlebotomy certifications, and mentoring with practical insights.

Qualifications

• CPT, PBT, RPT, or NCPT certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of recent phlebotomy experience or at least 1 year of phlebotomy instructional experience.
• Active CPT (NHA), PBT (ASCP), RPT (AMT), NCPT (NCCT), or equivalent nationally recognized certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom instruction and hands-on phlebotomy training.
• Prepare students for industry-recognized certifications and entry-level healthcare careers.
• Mentor students by sharing practical knowledge and real-world experience.
• Utilize the provided curriculum while maintaining basic classroom documentation.
