Qualifications

What You Bring

Ideal candidates have experience as:

• Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT)
• Phlebotomy Technician (PBT)
• Registered Phlebotomy Technician (RPT)
• National Certified Phlebotomy Technician (NCPT)

• Minimum of 3 years of recent phlebotomy experience OR at least 1 year of phlebotomy instructional experience.
• Active CPT (NHA), PBT (ASCP), RPT (AMT), NCPT (NCCT), or equivalent nationally recognized certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Teaching or mentoring experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to successfully complete FBI fingerprinting/background screening.

Schedule Days: Monday – Friday

Time: Flexible based on instructor availability within normal HS hours

Typical class length: 1.5 hours

Most instructional commitments average approximately 3 hours per class session, including preparation and classroom responsibilities.

Compensation $90–$95 per instructional session (based on experience and certifications)
