CornerStone Staffing is seeking experienced phlebotomists to teach Healthcare Sciences courses at a charter school campus in Del Rio, TX. This flexible part-time independent contractor role includes a ready-to-use curriculum and resources, with no teaching certification required.

The position offers the chance to earn supplemental income while continuing your healthcare career, and may involve teaching at multiple campuses and programs. Prior mentoring or teaching is welcomed but not required.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of recent phlebotomy experience or 1 year teaching/mentoring in phlebotomy.
• Active CPT (NHA), PBT (ASCP), RPT (AMT), NCPT (NCCT) or equivalent certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Teaching or mentoring experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engaging classroom instruction and hands-on phlebotomy training.
• Prepare students for industry-recognized certifications and entry-level healthcare careers.
• Utilize the provided curriculum while maintaining basic classroom documentation.
• Mentor students by sharing practical knowledge and real-world experience.
