Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of one year customer service experience in public setting is required.
• A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
• Physical requirements may include the ability to lift, push or pull heavy weights and stand for long periods; flexibility with long and irregular hours.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Take the time to personally connect with donors and explain how donations help the cause.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming environment for donors.
• Be detail oriented to ensure collected blood meets goals and regulatory requirements.
