Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking team-oriented individuals to assist with the blood collection process at fixed-site locations. You will receive paid phlebotomy training and grow your healthcare skills within a mission-driven organization.

Minimum qualifications include an Associates degree or equivalent, along with at least one year of customer service experience in a public setting and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service in a public setting.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy weights and work long hours.

Responsibilities

• Speak with donors and explain the impact of their donation.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming, friendly environment for donors.
• Maintain meticulous records to meet regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Support the blood collection process at fixed-site locations.
