Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our Elmhurst Hospital outpatient team. You will collect, label and log specimens, perform pre-analytical processing, and input patient data in the laboratory information system. Candidates should be reliable, able to work flexible shifts, and maintain accurate records.

The role offers full-time hours, weekend rotation every other Saturday, and opportunities for professional growth within our expansive Northeast Illinois network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Completion of a phlebotomy training program including a minimum of 100 clinical training hours.
• Current CPR (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Valid Illinois Driver's License and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, collect, log and label specimens for testing under supervision.
• Register patient information and orders in the laboratory information system.
• Arrange specimens for processing by laboratory staff.

Hourly Pay Range:$19.71 - $28.58 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Position Highlights:Position: Phlebotomist -OutpatientLocation: Elmhurst Hospital 155 E.
