Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks a Phlebotomist - Inpatient at Elmhurst Hospital in Elmhurst, IL. Per diem, shifts as needed, typically 4am-8am. Responsibilities include collecting and labeling specimens, logging data, and routing specimens for processing.

Candidates should have a phlebotomy training program with at least 100 clinical hours, a High School diploma, CPR (BLS), and a valid IL driver’s license with auto insurance. Per diem benefits may apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, collect, log and label specimens for testing.
• Perform pre-analytical processing/ordering of specimens arriving in the lab.
• Register patient information and orders in the computer system.
• Arrange specimens for further processing by Laboratory staff.
