Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist II in Shawnee, KS for a 2-month contract. The role requires onsite work with flexibility to cover multiple Patient Service Centers and in-office locations.

Primary duties include drawing blood, preparing samples for testing, and ensuring accurate labeling and documentation. Applicants should have 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV and WA.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Verify patient demographics and label tubes correctly.
• Maintain records and documentation.
• Provide safe, professional patient interactions and explain procedures clearly.
• Work under area supervisor and cover multiple locations as needed.
