BioLife Plasma Services in Abilene, TX is seeking a Medical Screener/Phlebotomist to support plasma center operations. You will screen donors and perform phlebotomy, greet donors, and ensure safety while recording vital signs.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to stand for long shifts, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

• Experience in donor screening or phlebotomy is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System and prepare donor charts and records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and maintain accurate records.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements and support changes.
