BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Medical Screener/Phlebotomist in San Antonio, TX. The role involves donor screening, phlebotomy, charting, and donor compensation coordination within a fast-paced plasma center.

You will greet donors, ensure safety, and use the Donor Information System while supporting continuous improvement. Shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a comprehensive benefits package and daily pay option.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years minimum experience in customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes per procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
