UW Health SwedishAmerican is seeking a dedicated phlebotomist to join our team at the UW Health Newburg Rd. Clinic in Rockford, IL. The role requires 3 years of phlebotomy experience, completion of a phlebotomy course, and BLS/CPR certification. CPT or PBT certification is also required.

This 100% FTE position involves working Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays, and offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive environment.

Qualificações

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a phlebotomy course. Required
• Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required

Work Experience

• 3 years Phlebotomy experience. Required

Licenses & Certifications

• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
• Phlebotomy Technician certification (PBT) or Certified Phlebotomy Technician certification (CPT). Required
