Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Phlebotomist Lead to support multiple Patient Service Centers in Lake County, IL. The role involves assisting the supervisor, inspections, training, scheduling, and problem-solving to ensure efficient operations.

The candidate should have a completed Phlebotomy program, CPR-BLS certification, and 5 years of phlebotomy experience, with strong Outlook and Excel skills. Full-time hours are Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm, with some weekend/holiday rotations.

Hourly Pay Range:

$21.10 - $30.60 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Position: Phlebotomist Lead
• Location: Patient Service Centers, Lake County, IL Locations
• Status: Full Time
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm, e/o weekend and rotating holidays
• Required Travel: Yes

What you will do:

• Assist supervisor
• Assist with sites inspections
• Assist with training new employees
• Assist supervisor with scheduling
• Assist staff with problem solving and issues

What you will need:

• Education: Completed Phlebotomy Program
• Certification: CPR-BLS from the AHA required
• Experience: 5 years of Phlebotomy experience
• Unique or Preferred Skills: Detailed orientated, knowledge in Outlook, and Excel
